To exchange a product, please place a new order for your desired item. Then return the original product to our address as a return. Once we receive the return, we will promptly process your refund.

PRODUCT RETURN

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To make a return, please fill out the return form and include it with your package. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

COMPLAINT | PRODUCT ISSUE

If you discover a product defect or have any other issues with your order, please contact our customer service department. We will process your complaint within 14 days of receiving it. Please provide a detailed description of the problem and photographic documentation.
